A/U EXO fic - Another
26 years ago, in a third year classroom, there was a student named Luhan. The charming young man was an honour student and loved by many. He was about as popular as any third year could get. He had a heart of gold and a handsome face to match. He was the epitome of perfect, that’s what everyone said.
But, in a sudden turn of events, the young man died in what they say was an unfortunate accident. His classmates decided to carry on as if he was still alive.
In the spring of 1998, a young boy named Oh Sehun transferred into that same classroom. He grows suspicious of the strange rumours and equally strange personalities of his class mates. Something he finds particularly strange is the handsome young man, with bone white skin and jet black hair, who sits alone at the back of the classroom, wearing an eye patch and drawing pictures.
It's almost as if he isn't really there.
“Do you know someone called Luhan? Class 3-3’s Luhan?”
“Luhan?”
“There was a student named that. About 36 years ago, something unbelievable happened to his class. It’s interesting… That Luhan guy, he was popular since elementary, loved by teachers and students alike. He was good in studies, sports, everything; even his personality was outstanding. After becoming a third year, he transferred over to the third class. Then, just like that he died. They say it was an accident. The sudden death was obviously a shock; the whole class cried, even the teacher but then, someone spoke, pointing to Luhan’s desk, ‘Luhan didn’t die… look, he’s just there!’ From that day on, everyone in class 3 carried on acting as if Luhan was still alive.They spoke to his table and chair, even went home together with him. Then, when graduation came, they look a class photo.
Luhan… Luhan was in the photo.”
